Hermes Agent is a personal automation agent operated by Luciano Trotta for his own private use. It is not a public or commercial service.
The app accesses a single Google account (hermestrottanet@gmail.com) using OAuth 2.0, limited to these scopes:
Email messages and attachments are processed to perform the owner's automation tasks — for example, saving received files to self-hosted storage. Calendar data is used to create and manage events the owner requests. Drive is used only to store files the app writes.
No data is sold, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party. All data remains under the control of the account owner.
Files are stored on self-hosted infrastructure controlled by the account owner and are retained according to the owner's own retention practices. The app does not independently retain copies beyond what the owner's workflows specify.
Access uses OAuth 2.0 tokens; no account passwords are stored. Tokens and credentials are kept on self-hosted infrastructure with restricted file permissions.
The account owner may revoke the app's access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Questions or requests may be directed to the contact below.
